I did a brief stint with Club: Baked, but that group seems to have fizzled out. We did make these fritters though, and they were tasty! It's always hard to keep oil at the right temp and frying is a little scary! Did better with a deep fryer that can regulate the temperature. But I'm with you, I would rather enjoy fried foods out of the house. I'm all for others frying my foods! :o)Have Apron....Will Bakehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09681022659793210695noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7062237620274475848.post-5633645071101544352013-01-13T11:09:54.725-08:002013-01-13T11:09:54.725-08:00Happy Belated Birthday! I'm in love with that green cake stand - mind sharing where you found it?

A healthy fear of frying is a good thing if you want to avoid french fries and doughnuts at home. I'm pretty comfortable frying at home now and it leads to all kinds of decadence in my kitchen :)Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02131968703642650198noreply@blogger.com
